ConferenceDirect's 2009 Annual Partner Meeting will take place in San Diego at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront on March 4th and 5th. For those of you who have attended our previous events, you know that this is an incredible opportunity to network with a majority of ConferenceDirect's Sales Associates in one location. For those of you that have yet to attend one of our Annual Partner Meetings, please don't miss out in 2009 as this is a perfect time to make over 200 sales calls in just a few hours.

ConferenceDirect books over 5,700 meetings per year, generating over $378 million in room revenue. Approximately 210 of our 260 sales Associates, representing over 1,100 customers, will attend this event. By attending ConferenceDirect's Annual Partner Meeting and Trade Show, you will have the opportunity to meet with ConferenceDirect's Associates on an individual basis to discuss future business opportunities as well as spend time with them in more casual, social settings.


This event is unique because our Associates are the exhibitors, allowing you to spend time only with the Associates you choose to meet. In addition to exhibit time, Partner Breakout sessions and a General Session, there will also be a hosted cocktail party with our Associates. After the cocktail party you will have free time to spend with our Associates. Our agenda will again be structured to allow hoteliers to spend additional one-on-one time with our Associates on both exhibit days. You may want to make advanced arrangements with an Associate if you would like to take advantage of these great networking opportunities.

There are several different pricing levels for registration, so please select the category that suits your hotel's affiliation.

To register for the event please use the online registration option. Participation is limited and we will accept registrations in the order in which they are received. You may choose your preferred day with the understanding that choices are on a first come, first served basis. If one of the days reaches maximum capacity before you register, you will automatically be moved to the alternate day. You will be advised of your day in the confirmation you receive from us. To insure your attendance, we suggest getting your registration in as soon as possible. All registration fees are non-refundable, and we must receive your payment in order to reserve space. We highly recommend that you select day 2 in order for you to have more time with our Associates during the trade show.
